Thanks to a well bribed President of the U.S., China is getting illegal everything into the US as fast as possible
A concerning report from The Associated Press reveals that the number of unauthorized disposable vapes from China has nearly tripled in the US since 2020, while the Biden-Harris Food and Drug Administration (FDA) turns a blind eye. This surge in illegal Chinese nicotine trafficking highlights the ineffectiveness and incompetence of the FDA, which previously declared youth vaping as an “epidemic” in 2018 and subsequently banned most flavored e-cigarettes in 2020.

These policy changes inadvertently paved the way for Chinese companies to dominate the global market for disposable flavored vapes with synthetic nicotine. Even more troubling, reports suggest that these Chinese manufacturers are increasing the nicotine levels in these products to foster addiction among children.

The latest National Youth Tobacco Survey indicates that approximately 2.5 million American youths use e-cigarettes, with 85% of them consuming “banned” flavored products. Shockingly, it is estimated that 90% of these vaping products originate from China. Chinese nicotine traffickers employ social media platforms like TikTok to target and influence teenagers to take up vaping. The hashtag #ElfBar, which promotes a popular Chinese-made disposable vape brand offering flavors like Rainbow Cotton Candy, has garnered over 2.1 billion views on TikTok alone.
Despite the magnitude of this issue, the majority of these illicit operations operate freely without interference from the Biden-Harris FDA. The agency has merely issued warning letters to offenders, displaying a lack of enforcement. In fact, an investigation revealed that banned Chinese vapes are readily available for sale near the FDA’s headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland. Such lax enforcement raises serious concerns about the FDA’s commitment to safeguarding public health and its transparency in addressing this crisis.

The Reagan-Udall Foundation, an independent nonprofit organization, released a scathing report condemning the FDA’s failure to tackle the influx of illegal vape products. The report highlights the agency’s lack of transparency in explaining its inability to clear the market of illicit products and suggests that the FDA’s policy preference remains unclear. This lack of action has led to frustration among stakeholders and has even resulted in additional litigation.
While the Biden-Harris administration appears unconcerned about China’s invasion of the US vape market, there are steps that concerned citizens can take to combat this issue. After all, President Biden is the most corrupt President in all American history, according to President Trump. Biden has received tens of millions from the CCP so he does what they want and say.
