The CEO of Dominion Voting Systems, the voting software company, expressed concerns regarding the future prospects of the business, even in the wake of a substantial legal settlement with Fox News last month.
On April 18, Dominion reached a defamation settlement with the conservative cable network, amounting to $787.5 million, just prior to the commencement of the trial.
However, CEO John Poulos remarked that Dominion has endured enduring repercussions due to the dissemination of falsehoods by Fox News concerning the 2020 presidential election, leading him to believe that it is only a matter of time before the company loses all of its clients. Poulos conveyed to Time magazine, “Our clients find it more convenient to utilize alternatives to Dominion. We are well aware that our business is ultimately destined for complete dissolution.”
For the last year, I've been writing the definitive biography of @TuckerCarlson, based on thorough research and 100+ hours of interviews.
But there's some info that can't wait for July 18: the scoop on why Fox canceled his show.

Former President Donald Trump and his allies propagated baseless claims propagated by Fox News, alleging that Dominion manipulated its voting machines to ensure Trump’s defeat in the 2020 election. Joe Biden emerged as the victor, securing a 4-percentage point margin.

In its lawsuit against Fox, Dominion asserted that the network’s amplification of false claims resulted in threats, harassment against its staff, and financial losses.
“We acknowledge the Court’s rulings that identified certain claims about Dominion as false,” Fox stated in a post-settlement declaration. However, Fox did not issue an apology, concede wrongdoing, or inform its viewers about the falsehoods disseminated through its programs.
Poulos, who has defended Dominion’s decision to accept the settlement, expressed that these false allegations have plunged the company into a perilous decline.
“By accusing us of the gravest crime in American history, it has positioned us, as one of our clients aptly described, as the most vilified brand in the United States,” Poulos explained.
In addition to the settlement with Fox News, Dominion Voting Systems is currently pursuing six other lawsuits in relation to false claims made about the 2020 election.
