So all those white straight males and Asians that didn’t get hired by IBM or Red Hat could potentially have a nice discrimination settlement out of this .

Paul Cormier, the chairman of Red Hat, a subsidiary of IBM, says in the leaked recording that Red Hat has terminated people because they weren’t willing to engage in racial discrimination through hiring and promotion. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act makes it illegal for employers to discriminate on the basis of race in the workplace. #IBMLeaks

- IBM has recently ceased all advertising on 𝕏 along with a statement that read, “IMB has zero tolerance for hate speech & discrimination. We have immediately suspended all advertising on 𝕏.” So what does IBM tolerate? Well, according to THOUSANDS of former employees, it’s age discrimination & sexual harassment. - IBM CEO is a hypocrite. Pulling advertising on X for alleged Jewish / Palestinian discrimination while setting firm hiring quotas including coercing employees to follow them and discriminating against Asians and Whites. – Stephen Bailey
- “Diversity” quotas for race and sex is racism and sexism. IBM needs to be investigated for violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that “prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.” – Colin Wright
